  Must be a legal citizen of the United States.
  Must be an IT professional familiar with syslog use.
  Must not be employed or affiliated with any software company.

There are currently many syslog formats, often varying within the same manufacturer product line. Although there is a specific syslog protocol, no syslog 'logging' standard exists.
